Spartacus is a five-reel (main and colossal) slot game with 100 paylines, making your odds of winning 1 in 2.5! Each credit is worth 1 cent and the maximum win per wager is set at $500. The symbols in Spartacus are Roman-stylized versions of slot symbols. These include a SPARTACUS (which is the wild), a colosseum , a lion, a spartan helmet, a sword emblem, and the four suits in a deck of cards (spades, hearts, clubs and diamonds). The colosseum slot symbol only appears on the first, third and fifth reels. All pays must be adjacent on an active payline and read from left to right or right to left. Only the highest of a kind will be paid, and line pays are multiplied by the number of credits bet on the payline.
Let’s get into the special bonus features! The first feature is Prime Spins! Prime Spins increase your winnings! You receive Prime Spins from having three or more colosseum symbols on any of your reels. The more colosseums, the more Prime Spins! Here’s the breakdown:
Three scattered colosseums gives you eight Prime Spins plus 10X your total bet, four scattered colosseums gives you 12 Prime Spins and 17x your total bet, and if you have five colosseums anywhere on your reels, you’ll receive 20 Prime Spins and 40X your total bet. That’s a lot of points!
During Prime Spins, the SPARTACUS symbol is wild for all symbols, except the colosseum symbol. If one or more SPARTACUS symbols from a stack appears on your main reel, the rest of the stack will nudge into place making all four spots on your reel the SPARTACUS symbol. The symbol will then transfer over to the colossal reel set, making that reel a SPARTACUS symbol as well. So yeah, I would try to get that as many times as possible!
The next bonus is called the Max Bet Edge feature! The Max Bet Edge is ONLY enabled if you maximize your bet. It’s risky but the payoff is worth it. Listen to this, any winnings equal or over $200 are AUTOMATICALLY increased to $500. That’s potentially an extra $300!
