Accel is proud of the upkeep of our machines. Our service technicians and collection agents work hard to make sure the machines are in the perfect condition for the best player experience. That means keeping the machines as clean as possible on a regular basis. We also encourage our location owners to take measures to keep the gaming area clean and clutter-free. We understand that players often use their playing time as a short escape from the rest of the world, and we want to make that experience as great as possible!

Superior Service

Beyond just the cleanliness of our machines, Accel is also proud of the technical upkeep and maintenance of each video gaming terminal we own. All our service technicians are industry experts in the craft of maintaining these machines. Accel is also proud to provide our 24/7 Illinois-based call center helpline – which helps both players and location owners alike! Whether a machine is down, or a redemption ticket won’t scan, the Accel help line is ready and willing to talk through the problem and find the best solution.

Sweepstakes and Giveaways

What truly sets Accel apart from the competition is our cutting-edge promotions. From August-September 2018, Accel sponsored a $50,000 Summer Sweepstakes in conjunction with many of our partner locations. At the conclusion of the sweepstakes, 50 finalists were chosen to each win $500 and were invited to a Winners Party at the Starved Rock Yacht Club in Ottawa where one finalist won a $25,000 grand prize! Following the success of our Summer Sweepstakes, from October-December 2018, Accel sponsored a Jeep-a-Week Giveaway in conjunction with many of our partner locations. It was a two-month long promotion in which every week three entrants were chosen to win either $300, $500 or a 2018 Jeep Renegade Sport. Currently, Accel is in the middle of our biggest promotion yet – our Million Dollar Giveaway! We’re at the halfway point of the Million Dollar Giveaway and a lot has already happened. Since February 1st, we’ve given away almost $200,000 in cash prizes to nearly 40 people all over the State! We still have plenty of prizes to go and many more people will win big before the year is out.

Player Communications

In addition to our top of the line promotions, we are also best in class at player communications. This encapsulates a variety of different things – from our brand ambassador program to our vibrant social media presence. One of our newest programs, the AE Street Team, is focused on bringing players together and spreading awareness of our various promotions. The AE Street Team heads to different participating locations to educate people on current and upcoming promotions and hand out a variety of Accel-branded merchandise.
